The PTA meeting of 4^th Semester B.Sc. Nursing students (2022-26 batch) was held on 10^th August 2024 at 10.30 am in the Lecture Hall.

The meeting started with a prayer song lead by students.  Mrs. Sushma Rodrigues, the class coordinator welcomed the gathering and introduced the resource person Dr Agnes E J, Vice Principal, FMCON.  The resource person addressed the gathering and shared her thoughts and experiences on the topic "Effective Parenting: Nurturing Excellence" She explained issues found in college life.  Impact of social media and technology addiction, drug abuse and low self-esteem.  After the session, the parents were asked to share their views and opinions as well as to give suggestions.  Dr Sr Judy SIC, Principal addressed the parents on the developments taken in the College and Academic Activities.    Rev. Fr Sylvester Vincent Lobo, Administrator, FMNCT highlighted on the significance of PTA meeting and role, parents should play in the growth of their child. Mr. John Pais was selected as a PTA member.   The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Chirchomri Zimik, Asst. Lecturer and the National Anthem.  Mrs. Jacintha Valder, Asst, Professor compered the programme. Lunch was served for all and after lunch parents interacted with the teachers and Principal and signed the progress card of their students.  Total 50 parents reported to the meeting.Vi
